week in workouts

another solid week in the books.

switched some things around (CTO had a thing this weekend, so we moved the long workouts to the days bebe is in daycare). here's how it went down:

M: rest day
Tu: 2hr spin + strength training
W: 10mi run
Th: 50 min dreadmill run...felt painfully slow after the previous day's long run + interval spin
F: nada! was supposed to swim, but lack of babysitting options forced it to Sat
Sa: aerobic spin + strength training + aerobic ladder swim
Su: anaerobic swim
